Locked up in my tree house / mind...

remember this, right?

Well, - when it comes to drawing/designing - besides tree houses AND green houses [not the colour, the concept...!], I have a thing for :

 *tea cup, spoon 
 *old ladders, old swing sets, buntings, party balloons
 *trees with roots( preferably up-side down), 
 *small planets (aka :: The little Prince syndrom...!) 
 *feathers, strings, pebbles ; 
 *dandelion flowers, lotus pods, seaweeds,driftwood
 *old fashionned toys, vintage designers chairs, hot-air balloons, 
  great-great-grand pa's cars, trikes and cycles, telephones, typewriters ;
 * clothes on a drying line
 *sheeps(for their wool), deers (a, Bambi, sigh...), 
 *scribbles, typo, 
 *dots, splatter brushes effect and silver stars
 *polaroid, vintage photos 
 *birds on a electric wire

Go figure a way to fit them all in one peaceful world!!!

Too many ideas + too little time = a lot of trials and errors... 

But this is the way it goes! 

Since i went to see lovely Miss Bloomsong I really want to get going on the true screen-printing part :: but to do this properly you FIRST need to finalize your idea, your drawings and their final sizes....

Well, I do know KINDA what will be on the screen... 

But I am afraid "kinda" is not good enough... 

So for the time being I am having fun {a nice way to say beating around the bush} making "prototypes" done with lots of techniques EXCEPT the screen printing one...

  
I really DON"T like the bird... way too big and honestly ugly...

But the good thing is :: my favorite customer and fan really likes her upcycled pillow... 

Here is a sweet Thank you that she made me( with the same house and "egg"!)::

 

 Anyway, back to the drawing board...

 

PS : but i did change my Etsy Big Cartel banner [with still zero new product inside... ;( ooops!]

And i made some baby steps progress on my new website (not ready yet for publishing). I am either a)slow or b) un-organized (i will go for my second bet!)
